We recognize the highly sensitive nature of the engineering designs, electrical interconnection agreements, power distribution profiles, and corporate financials provided to us. This Privacy Policy outlines the strict parameters governing how we protect, handle, and store your corporate data.

1. Information We Collect

During the underwriting, technical evaluation, and capital syndication phases, we collect information submitted directly to our capital portal or transmitted via email to agent@fullsailvi.com. This includes:

• Corporate details (legal entity name, registration identifiers, and director profiles).
• Project engineering blueprints, site coordinates, and environmental permits.
• Utility grid access agreements, power interconnect capacities (MW), and electrical specs.
• Syndicated capital goals, debt/equity balance sheet figures, and equipment schedules.

2. Use of Information & Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your corporate information to external brokers or marketing entities. Your data is used exclusively to evaluate, structure, and syndicate project financing and equipment procurement programs.

To perform capital advisory and matching services, we share project profiles with accredited syndicate members (sovereign wealth funds, global pension funds, asset-backed debt systems, and family offices) only under active Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

3. Data Security Measures

Fullsail utilizes enterprise-grade encryption for all stored engineering and financial portfolios. Access to project files is restricted to authorized underwriting directors and risk controllers via secure multi-factor authentication systems.

4. Retention and Legal Disclosures

We retain corporate files only for as long as necessary to fulfill project structuring agreements or to comply with institutional auditing standards. We will disclose corporate data only if required under compliance mandates or court orders served by recognized regulatory bodies.
